Photo Gallery Access. The App may request access to your mobile device's image gallery so that you can select images to personalize your profile, share content, etc. Access to the gallery is requested through the appropriate permissions in the App settings. You will have the ability to grant or deny such access at any time. The information collected from the User's Gallery will only be used for the purposes described above. Information on publications. The App has a location and category tagging feature for photos and videos. Our App also allows you to interact with third party content, including comments on their posts and likes.Location and tagging information is processed by PLESTU for the purpose of facilitating the organization and search of content related to specific locations within the App. This allows you to easily discover and share experiences related to places of interest. Sending Push Notifications. With your express permission, we will process the information provided to send push notifications to your mobile device about activity on your account (new followers, interactions with your content, etc.). The user will have the option to grant or deny such permission at any time. Improve your App experience. App usage data helps us identify usage patterns, which we use to improve the design and functionality of the App, as well as to identify and correct potential technical problems. Ensuring the security of the App and user accounts. We monitor App traffic, activity logs, unauthorized access attempts, and other relevant parameters to proactively identify and respond to any suspicious or anomalous activity that may pose a risk to the security of the App and the privacy of users. |

PLESTU has a profile on the most common social networks (Instagram and Tik Tok, among others).
If you become a follower of one of our pages on social networks, the processing of data will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and access rules of the corresponding social network, previously accepted by the user.
In this sense, PLESTU will process your data in order to properly manage its presence in the social network, to inform you about activities, products or services, as well as for any other purpose allowed by the regulations of the social network.
Please note that we have no control over the information that the social network collects or how it processes it, so we recommend that you inform yourself about the purpose and scope of the information collection that takes place through such social networks.
In general, PLESTU will not share your information with third parties. However, we inform you of the disclosures that we may make in general and that relate to any processing of personal data.
We also inform you that this Privacy Policy only refers to the collection, processing and use of information (relating to personal data) by us through your interaction with our Digital Platforms. Access to third party websites or applications that you may access through links from the Digital Platforms have their own privacy policies over which we have no control. Some of our service providers are located in countries outside the European Economic Area (the "EEA").+
The location of these companies outside the EEA implies the existence of an international transfer of your personal data, which could imply a lower level of protection than that provided by European regulations.
